UCLA Urban Planning Students Awarded 2008 Eisenhower Graduate Fellowships

Urban Planning Ph.D. student Eric Morris has been selected to receive a 2008 Dwight David Eisenhower Graduate Fellowship from the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration. The purpose of the Fellowship Program is to attract qualified students to the field of tranportation and research, and advance workforce development. Morris will receive nearly $70,000 and will attend the annual Transportation Research Board (TRB) Annual Meeting in January in Washington, D.C. Urban Planning M.A. student Stephen Brumbaugh also is the recipient of a 2008 Dwight David Eisenhower Graduate Fellowship in the amount of $1,500. Brumbaugh also will attend the TRB meeting in Washington, D.C.
