This hidden jewel is located within the MTA’s Gateway Center on the 15th floor. What started as a small collection of materials donated by staff has become one of the most comprehensive transit-related, operator-owned resources of transit material in the United States. Although materials can only be checked out by MTA employees, students, and consultants, the general public may visit the library during regular business hours.
The National Transportation Library is a collection of transportation materials available online.
