In the future, please modify the photo upload page. After uploading a photo, it is far too easy to select "Finish" instead of returning to the upload page. Perhaps you can move the button farther down the page, or allow users to modify completed trips. The same goes for this page (editing photo descriptions). Instead of clicking "Submit Updates", it is easy to click "Submit Updates and Finish/End Trip Photos". I accidentally set Trip 1 to "Complete", but I can not figure out how to undo this.
