I was riding when it wasn't rush hour and the front of the bus was relatively empty.
I feel that when I ride the bus, so much of my time is spent trying to figuring out if I'm beating the other cars (if I'm not reading).
I usually look up at the bus boards once in awhile.
Talking with the bus driver
Occasionally, people will go up to the bus driver to ask about which stop they should get off at or for directions.
Side street view
I think this is a good attempt from Metro, but I'm not sure everyone enjoys it. I do like checking on the map, and I wish that were a bigger part of the tv!
This almost looks like it could be out the front of a car--and shows how your perspective can change depending on where you sit on the bus!
I really like the view out the front of the bus because I feel like I'm not in a bus and like I have said before, one reason I like riding in the bus is that I don't have to pay attention to driving and I can look for fun things outside the vehicle.
This is basically the only personal interaction there is on a bus--and not even for some people, they just give their fare and move to the back of the store.
