Evening Van Service is also available.

From the Claremont Hotel or The Royal Palace Westwood to UCLA
On foot: walk on Tiverton, turn west on Weyburn, at Westwood head north until you reach the center of campus. Ackerman Union will be to the east, Kerckhoff Hall is east of (behind) Ackerman Union.
Use the UCLA campus shuttle to reach the Faculty Center. From the hotel, the closest stop is at Stop 2 (Le Conte/Tiverton).

Use the UCLA campus shuttle to reach the Faculty Center. From the hotel, the closest stop is at Stop 2 (Le Conte/Tiverton).

Taxis

This is the most expensive way to UCLA, although one of the most convenient. Taxi passengers should look for a taxi underneath the yellow "taxi" signs outside of bagge claim in any terminal they arrive at. A rough estimate of taxi price without tip is $30, although traffic conditions can affect this.

Shared Ride Vans

Vans pick up to seven passengers heading in the same direction and allow them to share some of the expense. They can take somewhat longer, as some riders will be dropped off before others. There are two shuttle companies which serve LAX:

Primetime Shuttle
Super Shuttle

Reservations can be made online in advance, or by going to the Orange "Shared Vans" sign outside of bagge claim in whatever terminal the passenger arrives at. A rough estimate of shared van price without tipe is $15-20.
