- Students from UC campuses that are part of the University of California
Transportation Center, (all except Davis), are eligible for partial
hotel/travel reimbursements.
- Eligible students who wish to receive reimbursements MUST participate
in the conference either by (1) presenting a research paper or project,
or (2) presenting a poster board.
- UC Berkeley faculty and students are eligible for reimbursements up
to $125 for hotel accommodations, airfare, local ground transportation
(e.g. airport shuttles, etc.). UCLA parking fees will not be reimbursed
for UCB participants who fly. Those who travel by car will be reimbursed
for hotel accommodations, mileage, and UCLA parking.
- All other eligible UC students and faculty are eligible for reimbursements
up to $50 for hotel accommodations, car mileage, and parking fees only.
- KEEP ALL RECEIPTS. KEEP ALL RECEIPTS!!!
- To claim reimbursement for airfare, you must present a receipt showing
full payment of fare. This may include an itinerary showing the payment
amount and payment status, a credit card statement that references your
date of travel, or an airline-issued receipt of payment. Flight confirmations
and reservations will not suffice.
- The reimbursement request form is downloadable here. The deadline
for reimbursement requests is April 6, 2007.
- Reimbursement checks will be mailed to your home address 3 to 4 weeks after we receive your request.
