The PATH (Partners for Advanced Transit and Highways) Program's Request for Proposals for FY 2005-2006 was just released yesterday. You can download the RFP at http://www.path.berkeley.edu. It is again a two-step process with pre-proposals due January 3, 2005. Here is a copy of the official announcement made by PATH Headquarters. Some of you may have already received this. DEADLINE FOR PROPOSALS: JANUARY 3, 2005 =============================================== The California Partners for Advanced Transit and Highways (PATH) center seeks proposals to perform research addressing innovative solutions to the surface transportation problems of California. To receive consideration, pre-proposals must be uploaded to the PATH RFP web site (http://www.path.berkeley.edu/rfp) no later than January 3, 2005. Note that all submitters must obtain a new password for this RFP cycle, even if they have submitted proposals to PATH in the past. SUBMITTERS SHOULD REQUEST ACCESS TO THE RFP WEBSITE BEFORE DECEMBER 20, 2004. The PATH Administrative Staff will not be available to assist submitters between December 20, 2004 and January 3, 2005. Funding is not available for proprietary product development or commercialization.
