We are proud to announce that Institute of Transportation Studies Assistant Director and Complete Streets Program Manager, Madeline Brozen, has been named a 2014 Lee Schipper Sustainable Transport Scholar. Ms. Brozen was one of two scholars selected from among 82 applicants from 26 countries.
