Project Description
ACCESS Magazine was a publication of the University of California Transportation Center and the University of California Center on Economic Competitiveness that ran from 1992 to 2017. Articles in ACCESS were intended to catapult academic research into debates about public policy, and convert knowledge into action. Donald Shoup served as editor of ACCESS, and now serves as senior editor of its successor Transfers Magazine.
